Hi there...our idea for the Supper Club is to have our friends (ie customers) come over for an evening of fine food, great conversation and good times. This is how it works:

Monthly (or so), we send out an email to all Supper Club members, inviting all to join us for the upcoming Supper Club evening. All those on our email events update list are automatically members of the Supper Club, and vice-versa.

The offering is a set full-course meal at a set price. Members can mingle with a drink before the meal, then sit down for their meal; some will end up sitting at the large tables, making new friends with their table-mates. Afterwards there is rush to "get out"...mingle again in the wine bar area, or sit around at the tables, a-chat.

The entire Bistro is for the enjoyment of the members, closed to the public...they will have "the run of the mill" for the evening!
